The light was linked to the fan and I couldn’t get the fan to work unless the light was on. It was too hot to not use the fan.

What did you like about your stay in the property or location?
I have stayed here several times in the past . The hotel is situated in such a convenient location for all forms of transport . The rooms have been scrupulously clean on every visit , the beds comfortable and ensuites spotless . The staff are friendly and helpful ( see below ) . I find the hotel very good value for money and shall certainly stay here again . I had requested a room on the ground floor as I have mobility issues but on arrival discovered my room was on the third floor . However , on bringing this to the attention of the reception desk I was immediately given a room in the basement so had only one short flight of stairs to negotiate . ( It was a very nice room too ! ) . Thank you European Hotel .

Very reasonable price and excellent location. Rooms were basic but had everything I needed and were very clean.

I didn't have any hot water in the shower. however it was a very hot day so on this occasion it was OK!

Booked a single en suite but upgraded to a double ensuite all good.

Final set of stairs leading to room could prove difficult as a bit steep for someone older.

Despite the hotel is very close to the main roads and to the railway stations, the room and the room was quiet and I slept well. The room was also very clean.
What did you not like about your stay in the property or location?
I could only find a socket to charge my phones behind the TV. Plugging in the charger wasn't easy. There wasn't any information in the room about where are the shared bathrooms and how to get there from for room.

Tout, proximité, rapport qualité prix, personnel accueillant, a l ecoute et disponible

Non respect de certaines personnes quand ils sont dans les chambres. Faire du bruit marché lourdement et parler très tard dans la nuit sans respecter les autres personnes en chambre. L hôtel devrait imposer la règle du respect d'autrui.

A small room with comfortable bed and en suite loo, all I required at an affordable price. Location couldn't be better. The British Library and The Euston Flyer are both a short walk away. (King's Cross Station too.)

(a night-staff: 20th to 21st Apr. was a bit weird, asking questions ... - but its not a big problem!) Overall a recommendable option to stay

I enjoy the convenience of this well connected location as well as the cleanliness of the rooms and the helpfulness of the staff. I stay here regularly and find it rather pleasant.

Good location. Quiet situation despite close proximity to Kings Cross and traffic noise. Friendly helpful staff and adequate facilities in room for a short term stay.

good service, big enough room with everything you need, close to the central junction of King"s cross.

loud noise from repair works on the building in the back of the hotel, not the fault of the hotel
