What did you like about your stay in the property or location?
Nice room at the front of the hotel with a large window looking over the square. Enough space with a comfortable bed and good shower. Quieter than previous stays.
What did you not like about your stay in the property or location?
There was no plug for the sink and when I went to reception to ask for one I was initially told that they were no longer provided due to flooding incidents.
When I insisted the staff member provide one they had a quick cursory look but soon gave up.
Next morning I asked again and a different staff member at least made the effort spending several minutes to trying to find one. They made no excuse this time about not using them anymore.
As it was a Sunday I was therefore forced to purchase a plug myself, which I did whilst out that day.
