What did you like about your stay in the property or location?
It’s great location for transport links and for travel around London. It’s very clean and tidy and the staff are friendly, helpful and welcoming. I always use it as my go to hotel for my stopover nights in London.

Nothing to say here. Ok it’s not a 5star experience but it easily lives up to its listing and is great value for money.

The room was ready when I arrived and clean. The staff friendly and helpful. This has been my experience on both times I've stayed and why I return.

The headboard had a large area of peeled vinyl hanging off and an area of the desk had peeled so the room is a little tattier than on my previous visit.

Very well priced extremely clean and perfectly adequate for a couple of nights stay. Nice to have a fridge in the room and tea making facilities. Will use the hotel again.

Some sort of shower gel and shampoo would have been welcome.

Please supply bigger towels. Very difficult to dry yourself with the equivalent of a tea towel.

Great location for Kings Cross / St Pancras. I have stayed here before and feel safe here. Staff are friendly and helpful. Bed and bedroom are clean. Good wifi reception while I was there.

The bathroom was quite mildewy. The kettle kept shedding rust. There was no bedside lamp, so no way to turn a light on/off without getting out of bed.
